Missing rift shards

I got full explore in heroic and noticed I didn't receive any of the rift shards. Is this a know problem?

The shards I have now are from event quests and a run through normal rifts a few days ago.

Yes I've exited and went back in several times.

I did explore on heroic several hours a go.
