Listings of the characters contained within different crystals (ex. the x-men or avenger crystals)

Hey everyone, I've been looking for lists of what heroes are contained within the special crystals but have found nothing. I am curious as to whether or not they are listed. The reason I am curious is because I would love to get X-23 Wolverine or Old Man Logan but I don't want to buy the X-Men crystals unless I am positive that there is at least a chance of me getting one of them. Thanks in advance to anyone who is able to shed some light on this for me.
