Party and dexerity issues... again

Why is it after every update, party and dexerity are "altered" by the guys at kabam? My muscle memory and reaction time do not carry that much between updates. If you can't leave these two masteries as is, then make Hall's of healing permanent with no energy like last time. It's freaking ridiculous to have to retune my playing style after every update.
