Why getting tier 4 catalyst is difficult task

I want grow my team.. but getting tier 4 basic catalyst is not easy task.. now it taking me too much patience.. we are unable to clear war too because we move to 1000 war Rating now opponents are heavy but our members are depends on 4* rank 4 .. please add tier 4 basic catalyst in daily quest ... Complete full daily quest for hard level still it giving not a single catalyst.. is it??

You should try getting a tier 5.

It's not all that hard. You get 2 a month from fully completing Expert Level Proving Grounds. You can grind out 3 a month in Arenas, more if you go for Rank Rewards. I don't know what map you're running in AQ but you should get enough glory for at least one purchase of shards a week. That's 7 a month right there with not all that much effort.
