Anybody notice extreme Lagging since update?

I have an iphone 8+. I have perfect internet and all my apps cleared when playing. The lag has been crazy these last few days. Anybody else notice a difference?

Maybe it's for different devices? Because I have an old, outdated, iphone 5 and my internet is fine.
