Game not working on WiFi but work on mobile data

Hello folks!
I did some searching but can not find a solution. Marvel Game is the only "APP" on my phone that will not work on Wifi, but only work when mobile data is on. Since this whole month i'm playing the game on my mobile data now my data is up can't game now. I have attached the screenshots.
Is there a way to fix this? Do I have to change settings on my router?
I would appreciate any information.
