First 4* Character

Hello Guys,
I got my first 4* character from my second premium crystal and its Electro.
Is he good or strong?
I also got a 3* Spider man Symbiote from another Premium crystal
Is it a good start with this characters?

    Boi, Starting with any 4* and 3* at your level is more than enough.

    Electro I decent as long as u don't get hit because his armour and health are not that great but he has decent damage and can stun. Ironically he was my first 4* as well and I got him from a premium, he was useful when I had first gotten him for the content u at clearing at ur level he should be good for.
