Reduced EQ Rewards

It appears EQ rewards for Infinity Chaos were reduced. No signature stones, and reduced 4* shards for Master and Uncollected. Was this intentional? Was it announced? What gives?

Thanks. I still think I'm missing some rewards, and my alliance mates actually brought it up because they were missing stuff too. I'll look more into it though. Thanks again.
