Missing Master Shards

in Bugs and Known Issues
I popped one of the new crystals that appeared in in the special category under crystals, one of the pinned rewards from it is the x2500 crystal shards from the next tier but when I went to go check how many I had after the opening they were no where to be found. Has this happened to anyone else and how can I rectify it. Thank you.

    Hey ETERNALtheGREY, if you haven't already done so, please perform a force-restart of the app and check the Special tab of your Crystal section once more for these Shards. If you're still unable to locate them on your account, I recommend reaching out to our Support team for further assistance.

    To submit a Support ticket, simply tap on the grey gear icon, located in the top left corner of the game’s Home screen. From there, tap the button that says “Support”, and then tap on the option for “Need more help? Contact us”.
