Selling T4 basics

When will we be able to sell t4 basic catalysts for t5 basic shards?

how much are you selling them for? i'll take em if you got extra

I do have extra.. and I know plenty that have them in overflow. And you'd be able to buy t5 basic shards from the glory store basically.
