War Season II

I have looked but I'm not sure if it's stated anywhere. How will starting positions be allocated in season 2? Will we start off where we finished or will there be a preseason?

You'll start at whatever war rating you are. They're not changing it

Same as season one was.
U have a war rating atm.
The places you in a war tier
Where you are on may1 is where you will start the season on may2

Would be nice to see they tweaked the endgame teirs for gold 1 and plat 3 to even them out more.
