Cant buy 6 star crystal
There is no option to get the basic 6 star crystal. Only the featured. What up with that?

I have looked but I'm not sure if it's stated anywhere. How will starting positions be allocated in season 2? Will we start off where we finished or will there be a preseason? Kabam let us know.

Uncollected legend run
Can a player do uncollected difficulty with out touching heroic or master and still go for a legend run later?

Frozen after L3
After an L3 my character is frozen and can not move. I just stand there blocking until I get hit with a heavy. Its been getting real bad lately. Does Kabam acknowledge?

5400 player looking for ally
Looking for a UK or Aussie based time zone alliance. One that does map 6 at least once a week and ranks in all alliance events. My prestige is about 5400 but I have 8 T2A ready to go for the right champs. I have completed all story quests and LOL. Leave your line ID and ally tag if interested.

Random Heavy attacks
I've been plagued with throwing random heavy attacks and dashing into opponents since the hot fix. I have tried tweaking all the settings on phone but nothing is working. I'm on iPhone 7+. Anyone else having these issues or is it my phone?

Where are the UC shards?
I can't seems to find the uncollected crystal shards from the daily log in calendar in my inventory.

Expert Proving Grounds.
They have never been a real hit with the amount of energy it takes to complete vs. the rewards but I used to run it because it was a good way to get rid of energy once all other content was completed.
