How do I earn 4 star shards efficiently

I'm assembling a new team of heroes and with my normal group of heroes I use 2 4 stars And 3 3 stars I need tips to earn 4 star shards easily so I can do better in questing

    If Uncollected can you finish Uncollected?
    Can you finish Heroic/Master?
    How much time are you willing to devote to the game?
    Are you in an active alliance?

    Do SA ranked rewards
    Do event quest heroic and above
    join a good alliance that does aw

    Do literally ALL event quests even if it’s to build your 2 and 3 star roster and power through act4 when you can

    And if you can… MASTER event quest is vital to start progressing fast
