**Mastery Loadouts**
Due to issues related to the release of Mastery Loadouts, the "free swap" period will be extended.

Vision has an issue on the third special attack!

According to his abilities the third special attack was also supposed to cause damage related to the amount of power burned from the opponent, however it's not causing any damage, but only draining the power.

Please Kabam fix this issue! Thank You!

Observation: Vision (Age of Ultron) doesn't has this problem!

    It is like Storm, but my Vision AoU causes some extra damage besides power burn

    OG vision 3rd special is bugged. Im getting almost no power burn and no additional damage, its says burns up to 33 percent of max power, the power bar barely drops after a 3rd if at all.....

    The issue continues on 14.0.0 and @Tedders is right, it's not burning 33 percent of the enemy's max power!
    I am using an android device.

    Kabam we need your answer, this issue continues on 14.1.1 version of the game.
