AW lost against cheaters

About 4 days ago I posted a discussion on a cheating alliance we've met in war, sent tickets as well as most of my alliance mates. Still waiting for an answer from Kabam since we had to loose the war, the rating and the rewards while we invested a lot of items in that war. My question is how long does it take them to find out that a low alliance with a bunch of 4/40 & 5/50s should not have 2500+ rating ? Any chance for my alliance to get any kinda compensation for this or at least our rating lost.

Some alliances seem to be immune to consequences. I reported one, possibly the same one you’re referring to, after a YouTuber posted video evidence of the alliance taking down linked bosses in seconds. The alliance’s war rating has not been affected, which is no surprise considering the MCOC YouTuber said that multiple players had reported the alliance for modding/hacking/cheating in AW.
