Rogue's Buff Steal of Iceman's Armor

I stole Ice Armor from an Iceman in arena, which took him to his SP3, and then his SP3 took me down like 20%-30% health. I still had Ice Armor active afterwards and then I dashed in and he parried and stunned me. Isn't Ice Armor supposed to stop me from taking that much damage from an SP3? Or, if I understand that Ice Armor mechanic incorrectly, it should have definitely at least stopped me from being parried/stunned, no?

So what exactly is she stealing from him? Just an armor up buff?

    Nice! I have NOT seen ROGUE stealing Iceman's Ice Armor before, and I have never tried that myself. Was that the Permanent Ice Armor? Do you have any video to share, would love to take a look. That's a very cool thing to steal, both literally and figuratively. :)

    It is Iceman’s ability to use ice armor to prevent 5% damage or shrug a stun not the buff itself granting those benefits.

    Dont remember if i tried this, but i did the same with symbiote spider and my Rogue evaded atacks, works with Loki also

    You can only steal the armor buff, not the ability.
    The ability is from iceman and not from the buff itself
