Responding to tickets

I tried to change my name a couple days ago and I’ve had no luck. First I messed up so I tried 5 more times and everytime I get a response saying that I need to respond to that ticket that I opened but I don’t know how? I just wanna change my name😂

    Ok but they’re asking me to respond to a ticket number and I’m not sure how to do that. Do I just wait till the old tickets close themselves?

    If you are needing to follow up with them, then reply to the e-mail that they sent you. However if you submitted your name request and it is accepted, then no further action would be needed.

    Ok, they haven’t accepted it yet, and when I try to reply to their email it says this email cannot be reached because it’s like their personal email or something
