The game does not start. Writes a problem when connecting to a network

Good afternoon. The game does not start. Writes a problem when connecting to the network. When discussing with the players of the union, it turned out that for the most part it is connected with the network operator. Broblems from MTS Bilaya and Megafon. Is this the way to solve this problem?

    Hey SLOn_1999, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing the game. To help our Teams out, if you haven't already, can you please provide some more details regarding this issue?

    - Device make and model:
    - Operating System Version:
    - Game version installed:
    - Specific location the issue is occurring:
    - WiFi or Data (if Data only, Carrier as well):
    - Using a VPN (if so, are you able to connect without the VPN):
    - Troubleshooting Steps Taken to attempt to resolve the issue/results:

    Additionally, some troubleshooting steps which may help resolve this issue:

    - Try turning airplane mode on and then off.
    - Close out of the app, reboot device, try logging in again.
    - On iOS, close the app completely, log out of Game Center, open the app again and log-in directly to your Kabam account.
    - Uninstall the game, then reinstall.

    We have same troubles.
    Is kabam server located in amazon cloud? Because Russian goverment block large amount of ip adresses and tring block telegram messanger which places in Amazon cloud. Can it be relaited?

    Hi everyone. I have the same problem with the game. Yesterday the game was working perfectly. I reinstalled the game and it didn't help.I installed the game on another device and it didn't help either. Then I tried to install another game from Kabam - "Transformers: Forged to Fight" and this game doesn't want to work as well.
