Could I interest you in Gold 1 that only runs map 4 during AW season? To us, the resource drain isn't worth it - unless you're in the top 300 alliances, you've got to alternate tiers...

We, [H-W] Help Wanted, are a balanced 11M Gold 1 alliance - minimal donations (150k combined resources), good group of communicators and fighters with BG-specific officers, all long-term with the game and reasonably skilled. Starting prestige is over 5100. Good people who understand that each player has a life, and that if they're focused on the team's overall wellbeing as well as their own, we'll all be in a good place.
