No fix on Bishop?

I love to use the relatively new champ Bishop in quest. The upcoming updates are generally great.
However, I've been wondering this ridiculous upcoming update on Iceman that has nothing wrong with his mechanics whatsoever and ignoring the fact that Bishop's 2nd medium attack does have a problem in the game.
Opponent can easily and quickly recover after getting a hit from Bishop's 2nd medium attack right now. Why is there no quick fix for that @Kabam Zibiit ?

I think they said it will be fixed in the new update, even though it wasn’t stated here. I guess they could have just edited it

Hmm that is weird b/c the problem is mostly noticeable after a combo ending with a medium attack. They said specifically on that thread they were fixing it in 18.0.

If the sp2 fix is the only fix then bishop is still broken? *facepalm*
