Problem with Stone Seeker Crystal opening

Greetings
I’ve got a problem with the Stone Seeker crystals. I opened 35 of them today and got 4* Proxima Midnight twice and 4* Killmonger three times. The problem is they didn’t dupe. Is this a known issue? Is there something I’m missing? Can any of you experienced veterans or Kabam gurus offer advice concerning this matter?
