Chadwick and Tom event glitch?

When I did this on chapter 4, I completed all but the last 2 paths and thanos fight. Came back in and completed path e and f along with the thanos fight. When i finished and and it came up with the % competed and rewards screen it said it was only thirty something complete for chapter 4. All of my previous paths had reset. Anyone else have this issue?

    I have got an issue atm where I have 100% parts 1-3 but it is only showing as 50% complete for the whole event, pretty sure 3 out of 4 would be 75%
