Ghost Rider vs Guillotine

I need a mystic champ to rank up, but I can only do one. I like Ghost Rider and Guillotine, but I need more insights about the both characters' usefulness in the game. I am tempted to rank up Ghost Rider as one my desired Marvel Character, but Guillotine shows a tempting offer that balances a favorable standing for her.

    Ghost Rider is head and shoulders above Guillotine. He has so much utlity and his synergy with Blade is awesome. It’s a no brainer really.
