Catalyst daily quest fix

I’m not sure what happened but gaining catalysts shouldn’t be as hard as it is, especially when you only get one day out of the week for a certain type. Today for instance, it took nearly the entire day to gain 3 tier 2 catalyst for one champion. I don’t think gaining catalyst should be easy but I definitely don’t think it should be an all day affair to upgrade one champion.
