How to report cheating? Mod users

Is there a way to get Kabams attention about an alliance that has been recorded to cheat in war using mods? I've seen videos on YouTube but the alliance continues to climb up the rankings.

Open a support ticket, in the settings.

All threads about this alliance that adhered to forum privacy rules have been closed, all tickets submitted with video recordings of this alliance cheating during live AWs have been ignored. It may be that this alliance is what some call "super skilled players", since they're clearly skilled enough to cheat/hack/mod and not receive consequences.

Clearing a r5 defender on a bleed node without a bleed immune champ and come out with full health isnt skill no matter the boost or mastery.
