New Mastery Needed For Same Champs

I would like to see a new mastery added to give your same champs a 2% boost for every matching champ. For example; a 1* Star-Lord and a 2* Star-lord would earn a 2% boost in rank if the tech match mastery was enabled. There can be a mastery for each class. All 6 champs the same would be 10% boost, but a bonus boost of 10% is added if you own all 6 for a total of 20%. This would bring value back to every champ in the game. You can even add a synergy boost if all champs are the same champ.
