Time Zone compatibility – EST
Game Play – on at AQ/AW start and End, don’t waste energy.
Join AQ/AW within first 3 hours
Finished with Map 5 section 1 by +6 hrs. after AQ start
Into Map 5 section 3 with 5 hours before AQ ends.
Online to cover end of AQ/AW
Reliable communication –avoid frustrating time conflicts and poor AW/AQ progression
Prestige – 5400+

The problem: AW season 1 end wreaked havoc on many alliances, and our strongest players dreamed of Plat1 alliances so we took a hit. The replacements are not compatible with stress free game play. Cleaning house and fixing it.

The Goal: We want a stable loyal alliance able to play stress free and be in Gold 1 Season 2. We don’t want the mass exodus at Season 2 end. No grinding necessary, and real-life priority.

Our request: Are you a player that stresses real-life before a game, but plays competitively? Are you reliable and check in to make sure no one is waiting on your link to come down? Do you complete your lane with minimal item use on day 5? Bonus if you are a Dorm killer, or map5 mini-boss killer.

[!Blam]Shodans' goals are to run 5x5 with all rounds 100% with a collective prestige of 6200 stress-free! We have historically run 66555 100% all rounds and felt we could run 66655 easily. But it’s not economical to maintain such runs and it is a very tight coordinated schedule to maintain leading to undesired stress. So, going forward this is what this alliance will be doing. We are taking one step back to two steps forward. This alliance must all be on the same playing schedule to achieve AQ map 5 section 1 done by AQ start + 5 hours, and out of section 3 at least 5 hours before AQ ends. This is the only way to successfully run map 6 if it’s free to run. All members should be respectful and communicate, they should be able to play enough to run AQ and AW at the same time without wasting energy during waking hours. Treasury dues will be self-sustaining based on AQ and AW rewards.

Our goal is to be a 5x5 top 300 alliance bound, Gold 1 AW2 season rewards. At AW season 2 end, I want a loyal crew that will not jump ship because they are stressed out or looking for "greener pastures"

Once we have a core group of 30 members that are willing to not fall for the “Grass is greener” trap and grow with us will be the kind of alliance that is so strong we all will grow fast. Ask anyone that has started with a less than stellar roster and felt the growth with us. I have a record of overcoming setbacks and rebuilding to a stronger position.
