AW and AQ Rewards for leaders / officers

Why not give better rewards to leaders and officers in AQ and AW? Also, limit the number of officers and make it an "achievement", this will make alliance members compete for the officer position and therefore it may improve overall alli performance.

On second note, make AW matchmaking based on alli rating, not war rating, we keep getting matched against allies that double our rating... that is all 🤦‍♂️

I'm not really down with that idea. Uneven rewards shares leads to

-Boosting your favorite members rewards
-Potentially only boosting your multi account rewards

Anything and everything can and will lead to some firm of abuse.

HOW would you like to be a member stuck on some of the most dangerous heavy fighting paths which are more likely to cost units and get less rewards? While your officers take minimalistic paths to get max rewards?

If anything, alliance events that could and should have varying rewards are perfect series/completions/arena combat/item use etc. Have a rewards pool and split it accordingly. Or just update alliance rewards completely, however back on topic

That will stop the "leecher" banter, and make some players push harder in certain events. People hate arena, however at max rewards cap reward is 250 4* shards. X that by 30 members = 7500. If one person did 100% of the 300k required they would get all the reward.

This means however rewards would have to come out at end of event, not during when you hit each milestone.

Essentially what I'm saying is, nothing I said is relevant... And that it would probably not be a good idea to mess with current rewards system
