Glory store and lvl 4 alliance potions

Am I experiencing a bug and in the wrong category or are the level 4 alliance potions removed from the glory store intentionally?

This is just a visual bug. The item is still there, but the icon is showing up as a Glory Crystal. If you exit back to the main screen and then enter the store again, you will see the Potion come back.
