Can't Open Or Play The Game

After the update in play store I can't update the large file after opening the game . The time just keeps increasing without stopping and is not downloading , it's not my internet problem either . I tried reinstalling then I can't get past the page which requires me to select the language . I cannot click continue or select any other language , tried closing and opening multiple times but still it doesn't work . Reinstalled multiple times and it still doesn't let me play , please fix this fast Kabam I've been trying for hours .
