Compensation for bugs for 9 months

Dropped blocks/unresponsive champs/fps dropping out of no where between fights/switching between apps like line! When is anything going to get fixed? Or get resources to counter all ur bugs? Just keep coming out with new stuff with new broken code over already broken code. Either fix it, or give us some resources to help combat your bugs with the VERY CORE of the game! Shouldn't take 9 months for anything but a baby.
