My alliance mate in 5k bracket did an experiment to test the communities predicted cutoff and found it to be true.
Round one his prestige was 5433, and he used 29 sig stones to boost to exactly 5500. Now that milestones reset he was upgraded to 7.5k bracket. We now know this prediction of 5,500 to be confirmed true. Not confirmed by kabam (because they are silent as always), but by the community.
If you are close, then do your best to use some stones and get there.
