Questions on prestige

Have a lot questions on prestige.

1. Are the current base champion prestige levels based on anything quantifiable like attack or skills.

2. Are the new milestone hierarchies introduced in Dungeons planned to be used in the future? If so, could we please be informed as soon as possible of what future targets will be so we can work towards them in advance?

3. Could we get an in-game indicator of what prestige tier we are currenly in and what our current prestige is?
