What app is ok to use to live stream?

I'm using an ipad, what apps are allowed by Kabam to livestream to twitch? I remember reading that some apps were considered "altering" the game resulting in people getting banned.

    Most YouTubers or Streamers are using a game capture card like Elgato to capture the video and OBS to stream. It was also recommended by kabam on the old forums.
