Arena help issue

I have experienced an arena issue. I don't know if this is happening to someone else but i want help from my alliancefor my champion's timer after every time i use them in arena. After some streaks, the help button pops out again even if i wanted help already. I'm not talking about 5 stars. I'm talking about 4 stars. Am i doing something wrong or is this a bug ? English is not my mother language so i hope i made my situation clear as possible.
