Should i rank 5 my 4 star Proxima Midnight or Rank 3 my 5 star Angela?

    When you got a choice between 5 star and 4 star and they are both good champs. 5 star should be your answer in most cases. Go with angela and this is coming from one that owns both as 5 stars
