Starting over

It’s been a few years since I’ve last played this game, so I would like to start from scratch. How is this done?
Creating a new account won’t work, since it’s the same email address.

How about just create a new email address
If you were previously registered with Kabam but not with Google Play games, create a Google Play account, and vice-versa.
Go to Settings, and then Login Options. Sign out. Then log in with your new account and you should restart afresh.
Completely uninstalling and re-inspection the game may assist this process.
1 - Do this before May starts, so you don't miss out on the calendar.
2 - spend the first day or so burning through Act 1, as you get quite generous rewards for it, relative to your level
3 - Make full use of the Sunday arenas to flesh out your 2* numbers. Those extra 2* hero crystals can be very useful in arena grinding.
4 - Aside from when it's absolutely necessary, don't spend on crystals. You'll need all your units to buy Masteries
5 - Be selective about what champions you rank up, and what Masteries you buy. Both these things are expensive, either in cash or (if you're FTP) hard-spent time.
6 - Don't forget to take advantage of the 'Beginner' brackets for Featured arenas - you can pick up some amazing new champions this way. Search the forums for advice about beginners and brackets if this advice doesn't make sense!
7 - Look for guides on YouTube and Reddit aimed at starting the game for more extensive advice than this.
8 - Don't get the Parry mastery at first. Stick with Dexterity; it'll take you much further, and Parrying is a hard habit to shake. And watch this if you haven't already:
9 - Enjoy it. Try not to get burned out.
your unit spending priorities from greatest to least should be
mysteries (permanent, and will help you forever)
energy refills (best value per unit in game, anything you can buy with units is probably cheaper if you buy energy and grind out that item through questing)
revives
big kabam specials offers (these are very rare, and often req thousands of units. You need to pick the right ones to go for, as not all of them are great)
that's about all you should ever be spending your units on. NEVER buy crystals with them as the drop rates are awful and you can get far more value from energy refills. The only people that should be buying crystals are the ones that spend thousands on the game to do so.
That list is 100% perfect advice.
The ony other thing I would say to the OP, is to realize it is a game of progression. When you restart, your progress will seem to be really fast for a short period of time at the very beginning...but you will hit a point where it feels like you are trying to travel uphill. Be patient with it.
Anyways, if u want to delete your account, ask support or send a ticket. Click the setting box on top left corner in-game when in home screen and click support. Hope it helps. @PruthviAlva
