No T5b Shards from AW Season 1 Rewards [Not a Bug]

So i recently decided to finally open my 10 AW Season 1 crystals and only received 21000 t2a shards. I did not even get a single t5b shard. Is this a bug? Everyone that i had spoken to and those on youtube video openings gives t5b as bonus frag. Any explanation why it was different from mine esp when i dont even get a single t5b shards.

Send a ticket to support, they should be able to help. I thought they gave 1k t5b minimum per crystal as a bonus item. Think I got about 18k t5b from mind

To my understanding it was a 50/50% chance for either T2A or T5 bonus shards. So if you get unlucky you only end op with T2A shards. Guessing you ended plat 3 those 10 shards should gave you a minimum of 10x 2 K t2a=20K t2a shards and you have a 50/50% chance for bonus shards between t2a and t5a. However if you ONLY gotten 1K out of that there is something not correct! Or you need to doublecheck your calculations on the T2A you received.

i send in a support ticket but they say that there's nothing wrong. surely there is. EVERY youtube video that i have seen and alliance members that i knew receive t2a shardd and t5b shardd as bonus items. no one has not gotten any t5b so this must be bugged.

Can one of e kabam staff please look into this for me please? t5b are the rarest item in the game and it is so unfair that i lost out simply cause i chose to open it later than most people!

is any dev/mods looking into this? there is clearly something going on with these crystals. i dont wish to tag any specific person but it seems like this is being ignored and pushed down the pages

Bumping the Thread doesn't help anything. They read Threads.
The answer has been given. It's RNG. It's entirely possible not to pull T5B Shards.

i think the point is that EVERYONE pulled t5b when it was released. there was no RNG then. now it is different and why should it be?

This looks like u opened 6 max sig stones crystals and u get from all of 6 crystals something different than 55 shards

I believe either the RNG in 1st crystal was bugged or the RNG in 2nd crystal is the one bugged, and I'm keen to believe 2nd one is bugged because 100 t2a frags will rage many players

How many of these crystals did you open to be such an expert ?

Support are clueless, it took me 7 emails to get them to understand how rank rewards work an what 100% means.

This is not a bug. I know that's disappointing to hear, but there was the possibility of you not pulling the T5B shards as you presumed. With that said, this isn't a bug and I will be closing down this thread.
