Use gen sig stones on SL or SW?

Pretty much says it in the title, my Star Lord's sig lvl is 25 and SW is 56 i think and I have 25 gen sig stones to use

I would say that unless you are making a Labyrinth run sometime soon...use them on Scarlet. She really benefits from a high sig level, and is very useful in story quests/challenges.
