More hp for same level champs

I see far more hp of champs which have reached same level of rank...please suggest me how to improve my champs hp....For ex...Some have 4* 4/40 4500+ hp...But mine has 3400 hp

HP also depends on the mastery set up of other players as well..different mastery setups have different effects on hp of champs
