Story Popups Shutoff Switch

Can we get an interface to shutoff all popup story chats during a quest? I have no interest in reading it more than once, and don't get me wrong I do enjoy most of the stories you guys have made so far. I just see no reason to be forced to deal with popups that i'm just going to skip every time after i read through the story once.
