Master Mode

Personally, I don't see why someone who is uncollected should have to complete heroic 100% to unlock the master mode difficulty or pay 300 units. Thoughts?

    It is more because of legends run attempts i would assume because if they have it unlocked for some and they complete that and then go back and do heroic it might bug out like it originally did or people would say they accidentally did master while wanting to do a legends run and then harp about compensation
