Need to remove 3* from Alliance news feeds

We need an update that removes opening of 3* champs in the Alliance news feed .... because they are useless. At least for any alliance over a certain rating.

This sounds like a good idea. Maybe if an alliance's avg prestige reaches a certain level....?
