Hawkeye -Overhaul-

Besides a solid Special 1, Hawkeye is a pretty basic champ with pretty low adaptability given his heavy reliance on Bleeding.

Changes in bold.

Passives:
Grandmaster Archer: Permanently gain Precision at the start of battle, effect scales with each successful Special landed (greater effect with higher tier specials) and reset by successful enemy Specials. All Critical Hits apply Armor Break for 3.5 seconds (regular attacks), 4.5-6.5 seconds (Specials)
Take Aim: Dash back and hold block for 1 second to draw a bead on the enemy, granting increased Critical Hit Rating as well as additional effects to the next Special attack (Effect scales with Special used):
*Take Aim: Leg: Decrease defensive ability triggers by 15/20/25% for 4/5.5/7 seconds.
*Take Aim: Body: Knocks the wind out of the enemy, applying Power Lock for 3/4/5 seconds.
*Take Aim: Arms: Disarms the target of their weapons, decreasing damage dealt by 10/14/18% for 3/4.5/6 seconds.
*Take Aim: Head: Stuns the target for 2/2.5/3 seconds

Awakening:
Trick Arrows: Fires a special arrow during his specials, granting additional effects.
*Boomerang Arrow: Deal up to 40% (scales with ability level) of the damage done by the Special after 4 seconds. Does not generate Power.
*Putty Arrow: Decrease the opponent's Block Proficiency for 7 seconds.
*Adamantium Arrow: Apply Bleeding that scales with the opponent's missing Health for 5 seconds.
*Sonic Arrow: Decrease enemy offensive and defensive ability accuracy by up to 20% for the next special used by/against them. Can be removed if they perform a 5 hit combo.

Specials:
*Explosive Barrage (Special 3) applies both Power Drain and Incinerate (both 30% stronger than the Special 1 and 2 variants)

His Specials would remain the same, and his Special 3 would be even better.

Losing his consistent Bleed isn't that big a disadvantage because with this, he would be less reliant on a single debuff that many Champions and Masteries outright counter.

1.Focusing more on Armor Break via Crits on the new passive would give him an always useful damage amp ability.
2.Take Aim gives him a variety of options to limit his opponent's defensive and offensive game.
3.Replacing Hemorrhage with Trick Arrows gives him even more options.
