Fix the gameplay

Since 18.0 my alliance has been complaining alot including myself about blocks being given up on halfway through an sp. Parry barely works. Sp from defender reaching extra far across the screen. Etc.....

Also connection issues. Dungeons kicking players out . Buffs and debuffs almost non existing in alot of champs now . Sw and AA not really hitting on half as much. Evade is busted. Player stands and gets combo hit on them instead of blocking/parrying/evading
