Empty Crystal!

in Bugs and Known Issues
I just opened my first 5* crystal and got nothing. It says
CHAMPIONS 0 NEW 0 DUPLICATES 0 CONVERTED
and NO CHAMPION REWARDS and NO ITEM REWARDS. I have saved up for a while and am very dissapointed by this bug.

    restart the app and check if something is in your champs selection. IF no contact support.

    Support will blow you off and say you got what you were supposed to get...
