Game going on hyper speed

I don't know if it's just me but when I'm fighting the game is going faster than normal.. like 2x as quick .. I'm playing on iPhone 6s+.. Is this normal?

    It's another bug, It's completely normal...because there must be at least 1 bug for a user

    It seems like a week or so ago it speed up some, now it's crazy fast.

    I've had it slow down, go crazy, and overla lag… it's on critical condition
