Doc ock heal block

Doc ocks heal block does not work.
Opponents with Willpower still regen, Old Man Logan still regens.

The numbers come out, but that doesn't give them any regen.

Experiencing the same. Was fighting X-23 with Doc Oct and was very disappointed to discover that the heal block doesn't work

I was planning to r4 my 5*doc ock now i think i should wait 😂😂
