Who has the best dps don't matter which way

    tricky question.

    If u mean a champions when u reach the highest ability = SL
    Reach 100 hits = Proxima
    Under 100 hits = Spark

    But again depends if u mean on a single Sp.. then i dont think any1 got a higher one than promixa atm..

    Per tick,most dps damage done,or consistent dps triggers?


    A Killmonger sp3 after already inflicting 50 bleeds in the fight comes to mind.
