Master Mode of Secret Empire Forever , chapter 3 wont load

hi,
i have finished chapters 1 and 2 of the master mode in Empire Forever .
i enter the first or second act of chapter 3, choose my heroes and then the game will tell me that i have lost connection and that i need to reconnect.
then it will just send me back to the home screen.
i have not encountered this issue in the heroic mode or any other place in the game
